为了使树脂地坪材料发挥最佳的强度和耐久性，混凝土地坪必须具备如下条件才能在地坪涂料施工完毕后防止涂层开裂或剥落

1. 混凝土标号在C30以上
1. The concrete label is above C30.
2. 在20℃环境下，混凝土地坪应保养28天以上，PH值在7~9以内
2. The concrete floor should be maintained for more than 28 days and the PH value should be within 7-9 at 20 C.
3. 混凝土地坪在保养时，应避免使用防紫外线保养剂系列或树脂保养剂系列
3. When maintaining concrete floors, the use of anti-ultraviolet curing agents or resin curing agents should be avoided.
4. 混凝土地坪下部的防水层应保证完好
4. The waterproofing layer at the lower part of the concrete floor should be kept intact.
5. 混凝土表面不能用干水泥压光，表面有相当于10μm的细微粗糙度
5. The surface of concrete can not be calendered with dry cement. The surface has a fine roughness equal to 10 um.
6. 混凝土表面不能被各类油品污染
6. Concrete surface should not be contaminated by various oils
7. 混凝土地坪不能有空毂现象
7. No empty hub on concrete floor
8. 抗压强度在25Mpa以上，抗拉强度在2Mpa以上
8. Compressive strength is above 25 Mpa and tensile strength is above 2 Mpa.
9. 混凝土地坪在50毫米深度内，含水率小于8％
9. The moisture content of concrete floor is less than 8% in the depth of 50mm.
