防静电地坪要求
Antistatic Floor Requirements
强度要求::基层细石混凝土免除的抗压强度要达到25Mpa以上，与涂料的黏结强度应大于1.5MPa
Strength Requirements: The exempted compressive strength of base fine stone concrete should be above 25 Mpa, and the bond strength between base fine stone concrete and coating should be greater than 1.5 MPa.
平整度要求:基层的平整度用2M长度靠尺检查，最大间隙不得超过2MM
Flatness Requirements: The flatness of the base shall be checked by 2M length ruler, and the maximum clearance shall not exceed 2MM.
含水率和PH值:基层的含水率应小于4%，PH值小于9
Water content and PH value: the moisture content of base should be less than 4%, and the PH value should be less than 9.
表面质量:基层表面应无空鼓，开裂，坑洞，起壳和油污
Surface quality: There should be no holes, cracks, pits, shells and oil contamination on the base surface.
防水处理:底层无底下室的基层需要做防水，防潮处理
Waterproof treatment: the base without bottom room needs waterproof and moisture-proof treatment.
防裂处理:地坪设分割缝以防止面积过大产生温差开裂，应力开裂等
Crack prevention treatment: the floor is divided to prevent temperature difference cracking and stress cracking caused by too large area.
