环氧 防静电地坪表面电阻检测环境要求检测要尽可能地在温度为23±8℃,湿度为50±5%的环境(保持此环境24 小时)下进行。

环氧防静电地坪表面电阻检测方法环氧防静电地坪在验收测量前,应用洁净的纱布将表面擦干净,严重玷污的应用中性液清洗干净,然后将室内空调打开,保持一定温度连续开上2~3天,在规定的温湿度条件下测量。在放置电极前先用软布条插去地表面所有尘物,电极表面在放置前要用干净的软布条粘上异丙醇不少于70%的水插试干净,晾干。将兆欧表的正极与地相连,将负极放任地坪表面,施加电压后5 秒钟或数字稳定后读数,其中电极处于的位置要在离边沿30mm 左右处,两电极间的距离不小于900mm。其中每46.5㎡的面积,至少做5 次测试。5 次测试中最少3 次的测试应当包括受磨损的,有化学品或水溅落的,有明显沾污的区域,应该要处理好。
Before acceptance measurement, clean gauze shall be used to wipe the surface of epoxy anti-static floor, and neutral solution shall be used to clean the seriously soiled surface. Then, the indoor air conditioner shall be turned on to maintain a certain temperature for 2-3 days, and the measurement shall be conducted under the specified temperature and humidity conditions. Before placing the electrode, insert a soft cloth strip to remove all dust on the ground surface. Before placing the electrode surface, use a clean soft cloth to stick isopropyl alcohol with not less than 70% water, insert it and dry it in the air. Connect the positive electrode of the megohmmeter with the ground, leave the negative electrode on the ground surface, and read after 5 seconds of voltage application or digital stability. The position of the electrode should be about 30mm away from the edge, and the distance between the two electrodes should not be less than 900mm. At least 5 tests shall be conducted for every 46.5 m2 area. At least three of the five tests should include areas that are abraded, splashed with chemicals or water, and obviously contaminated, and should be disposed of properly.
